it can only be a few things......

1) shoes are worn out.

2) drum is worn out.

3) cam lobes are worn out.

my buddy suggested welding some more material onto the cam.........

got the studs replaced....now I just gotta go drop some dough on 2 drill bits a tap and four new bolts.......weeehaaawwww.

Got the carbs off,valve cover, pipes, plugs out.....then thought, I may as well kick it over to really see what's goin on.......turns out the entire cam is getting oil...WOOOOHOOOOO!!! don't need to tear it off!!!!
