I got it all stripped down today after work and found out one of the shift forks was marked L on one side and R on the other side. WTF?!?! So I went through my
box of forks and found the right ones.
I just gooped the cases back together and torqued the bolts back down to 17 lbs......and the others to 8 lbs. I'm tired and I got a long hot day at work tomorrow so probably get it back in the frame and re-assemble on Saturdqay. Hopefully all is ok this time. |

Yea Red I was 1 day away from starting the bike and taking out for a ride. I noticed it when I was hooking up the forward controls. The worst part is chipping
the fresh paint on the frame.
