Bought a neck and papers from this guy and paid via paypal back on 4/20/2008. Havent heard anything for two weeks now said he was going to ship it back on the
27th of last month. Ready to cancel paypal. Been waiting for this engine is rebuilt just waiting on the frame. Arggh! Any help? Thanks. Josh
