His old shop in Pontiac is now a Home Depot......he sold his old building and property for FAT cash then built a new home where he can paint in his living room if he wants. He's not far from the old shop but I'm not sure where it is. Not too far from ssminno, I talk to Mike once in a while and I think he'll be up for this get together....if I get his carbs done in time. Posts: 99 (02/07/09 3:15 PM) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	Guys: Ron Finch's new studio (yep, that's what he calls it) is right behind his house on the north end of Pontiac. I was over there about six months ago and it's part art gallery, part garage. He still builds the occasional bike, but he also does some sculpting with metal. A lot of very colorful animals and such. He is still an immensely talented, and completely down to earth guy. The place is just amazing. Everything about it is unique, just like Ron and his bikes. He might be going to Muskegon anyway. He still does a decent number of shows. I know this would be totally out of the way for most, but I am sure he'd let us all swoop in on him. He would definitely show us around. I spent a few hours there. Tommy, I am sure he would love to see you again. That was a very cool story. We could even do a quick custom bike builders tour. Finch, Eric Gorges of Voodoo Choppers and the Detroit Brothers all have their shops within 30 minutes of one another.
