For awhile now there's been discussions about what is or what should be the qualifications for an Official Hondachopper.com Meet in order to be considered an "Official Meet" and to be counted towards the Traveling Patch that we have..

These rules will be retroactive back to this last weekend for the Michigan Meet. Anything before that will go by the old rules.

IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED AN OFFICIAL MEET, ANY MEET MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING.
1) The meet must be announced and pinned at the top of the Oddz and Endz and Chopperhedz Meet sections on Hondachopper.com 90 days or more before the first day of the meet.
2) The meet must have a minimum of 20 registered users from Hondachopper.com in attendance.
3) The Meet Coordinator must provide a group photo with all the registered members only. No guests in the picture.


And again.... these rules were effective Friday July 17,2009.

EDIT: Something I forgot to mention earlier... The following must be inserted in any announcement or posting of any meet on Hondachopper.com and ... must be adhered to at any meet...... whatever the size of the meet.. This goes for any meet listed on Hondachopper.com

All HC.com events are to be considered an adult event and not family oriented. Also, any sort or firearms, ammunition, or weapons on site of the event will not be tolerated..
