There's been some mention recently that it isn't clear what we use as guidelines for posting here at Hondachopper.com . The GOTF has gotten together and made this very simple and brief description of the guidelines to be followed when posting in our five main categories. If you have a question whether something fits or not, feel free to contact one of the administration for an answer.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
1) Limited to only questions and answers pertaining to a SOHC Honda 750.

NEEDED/ WANTED
1) Same guidelines apply as the For Sale section

FOR SALE/ TRADE
1) The only parts, tools and equipment to be sold here have to be directly usable in a SOHC 750 Honda Chopper build . For instance Suzuki swingarms are OK. But Suzuki motors aren't. Kawasaki wheels are OK. Kawasaki seats aren't..Harley wheels are OK ... Harley cylinders aren't...

2) The only trades allowed will be trading Honda 750s for Honda 750s, or various parts, tools and equipment used to build an SOHC 750 Hondachopper or a scenario like that . It must be SOHC 750 Hondachopper oriented. No trades for different brands or models of bikes, cars, trucks, washer or dryers.

3) All sales must have a link to pics and a price.

4) If you post somthing for sale it should go to the first one to post any interest in that thread. No emails should go behind the board for back door deals. This will not be tolerated . The poster can put a time limit on it and then go to the next one in line after giving the first person notice of that.

5) You can't post links to your parts selling someplace else such as Ebay, Craigslist or any other forum.

FOR SALE/ MEDIA
1) Same guidelines apply as the For Sale section.

ODDZ N ENDZ While this section is for posts and discussions that do not fit into the other categories, please keep in mind that this is a SOHC CB750 site and this is for SOHC CB750 chopperheads. Make sure your topic fits the following criteria before you post it.
1) Pretty much wide open to anything the board members might be interested in.

2) No subjects that would be better served in another category. This section is not for the sale, trade, or technical information of anything non-750 or non-motorcycle related.

3) No religion discussions or jokes because they can so easily go astray.

4) No political opinions, jokes or mentions because they can so easily go astray.

5) No racial or ethnic topics, jokes, or even mention will be tolerated.

6) This is not a section for venting, fighting, or personal attacks of any kind. This is a section for laughs, camaraderie, and discussions that don't fit the other sections.

Not Work Safe: Any posts that contain links to any sort of questionable content such as nudity or anything remotley offensive to children or any work place must display NWS in the title to forwarn anyone before they open the post. Many of us have children, women or bosses near by at times and we don't want to offend anyone..

Finally, No pictures of any size are alowed in any post on Hondachopper.com. If you want to show a picture you must post a link to them on sights like Photobucket and Webshots. Theres lots of them out there and they're free. This is in respect to those with dial up connections and to help keep our operating costs less.

Any posts that fall outside these guidelines will be subject to either locking or deletion at the GOTF's discretion and judgement. In these instances no explanations should be necessary.

Should you question the deletion of any post you've made contact one of the administrators and it will be reviewed for you.
