KUDOS is more or less a way of giving a "THUMBS UP" to someone if you think the topic they started is cool
at the TOP of every thread...in the UPPER LEFT HAND CORNER... there is a THUMBS UP box.
CLICK ON IT
.... also, there is a KUDOS box on EVERYONES PROFILE. Click on a person's avatar and there is a KUDOS BOX somewhere on their page ...depending on the persons skin/layout it can be in different places on the profile pages
